Refunds and Returns
We send our Monthly Munch Boxes with Royal Mail on a 1st class service.
All Monthly Munch Boxes will be sent during the second full week of the month.
In the event of your parcel not turning up please notify us asap, all of our parcels have tracking.
Once the parcel has left us it is deemed to be out of our control therefore no refunds can be given unless you can prove clear fault on Royal Mail’s part.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your box, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com
We do not offer cancellations, once your order is placed it is in our system to be baked and sent therefore no cancellations can be accepted…
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
As our products are freshly baked we do not accept any returns and no refunds can be given for returned products.

Please include the following in the e-mail your order number and the name on the order.
